MY VIEW ON THE PROPOSED 27 STADIUMS IN THE 27 LGA BY THE NEW ADMINISTRATION IN IMO STATE.

Please I want use this medium to plead with His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha to please think twice before embarking on this project.

Truth be told the immediate past administration messed up the entire State with littered abandoned and dilapidated projects here and there, the 27 hospitals for example, the primary School block work for example, total neglect on rural roads, abandoned uncompleted markets everywhere.

Please your Excellency, we have too many major infrastructural projects to be prioritized at this point in time, not necessarily building stadiums for the rural people in the LGAs.

Yes I agree it is a good ideal to enhance our sporting activities for the Youths, but truth be told it is not a major project to embark on at this critical time in Imo.

Perhaps the Stadium project can come later on as the new administration progresses, possibly in your 2nd term God's willing, but for now stadiums in 27 LGAs not essentially needed at the moment.

Please your Excellency advice your LGA TC chairmen to invest that funds in essential needs of the people.

There's hunger in the land and people are starving hence we need people oriented programs/projects to improve the living standard of the people especially in the rural communities.
